American congenitally united twin girls delivered C-section. Their condition is known as ischiopagus, a fusion of the bodies below the waist, occurs in only 6% of all conjoined cases. Their parents, Angel and Karen Crowe Garcia, age 21, have a 14-month old daughter, Mia. The girls have two legs and one lower body, two livers, one kidney and one bladder. They are healthy with fair complexion, weighing together 8 lbs 11 oz.
