USER’S CONSENT

This Privacy Policy, which may be updated/amended from time to time, deals with the information collected from its users in the form of personal identification, contact details, birth details and any forecast made using the supplied information and how such information is further used for the purposes of the Website. COMMITMENT

The Website intends to protect the privacy of all kinds of users visiting the platform irrespective whether the user is a registered user or merely a visitor. The Website employs the personally identifiable information for certain predictions however it is guaranteed that no direct or indirect use of such information which is revealed in the prediction for a member will be done except for the explicit purpose of communicating the horoscope charts and predictions to the member itself disclosing such information. Data Collected via WhatsApp

When you interact with DKSCORE through WhatsApp, we may collect your WhatsApp phone number, message content, message timestamps, delivery and read status, and any birth details or personal information you voluntarily share during a consultation booking conversation.

How This Data Is Used

WhatsApp data is used exclusively for the following business purposes: scheduling and confirming consultation appointments, sending appointment reminders and follow-up messages, generating personalised astrological consultation reports, and communicating remedies and guidance from your astrologer.

Data Storage

WhatsApp messages and associated customer data are stored in our secure database hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in India. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Third Party Access

WhatsApp message data is processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API in accordance with Meta's Data Processing Terms. Message content is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

Automated Messaging

DKSCORE uses automated systems (bots) to handle initial customer queries, appointment booking, reminders, and follow-up communications. You may interact with an automated system before being connected to your astrologer. All automated outbound messages beyond a 24-hour customer service window are sent using Meta-approved message templates.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of WhatsApp communications from DKSCORE at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving a STOP reply, you will be immediately removed from all future automated outreach. Standard transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders) may continue until your active appointment is completed. To opt out entirely, contact support@dkscore.com.

Astrologer Data

Astrologers who connect their WhatsApp Business numbers to DKSCORE via our platform authorise DKSCORE to send and receive messages on their behalf through the WhatsApp Business API. Astrologer WhatsApp Business Account credentials are stored in encrypted form and are never shared with third parties.

Retention

WhatsApp message history is retained for a period of 3 years for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance purposes, consistent with our general data retention policy.
