Digital goods aren’t typically refundable once delivered, but genuine technical issues are. Read the rules below or jump straight to a section.

Digital, non-tangible goods

DKSCORE provides digital astrology products — reports, kundalis, courses, subscriptions and access-based services. Because these are non-tangible and irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once an order is confirmed and the product has been delivered.

Once a digital file or report is sent and accessed, there is no way to revoke access to it, which is why returns are not possible for digital downloads.

Your consumer rights

The Consumer Rights Act gives you the right to claim against the seller if your digital download is faulty. As a seller, DKSCORE will issue a refund where there is a genuine technical problem we cannot help you resolve, or where the product description was misrepresented.

In these cases, the refund window is 60 days from the moment of purchase. Any claim raised after this window will not be entertained.

What counts as a technical problem

We treat the following situations as eligible technical problems:

  • Non-delivery of the product — a delivery email may not arrive due to issues at your email provider. Please contact us first so we can re-send or restore access.
  • Major defects — although all products are tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Report them directly to our technical support so we can fix them or refund.
  • Product not-as-described — must be reported to our technical support within 14 days from the date of purchase, with clear evidence that the product is materially different from its description page.

Complaints based merely on a customer’s personal expectations or wishes (rather than a verifiable defect) are not eligible for refunds.

Third-party software compatibility

Each product page lists the third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, scripts, extensions) that the product is compatible with. We do not bear responsibility for, and therefore cannot honour, refund or exchange requests based on incompatibility with third-party software that is not listed in our product description.

When refunds are not provided

As a customer, you are responsible for understanding what you are buying before purchase. We are not obligated to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind about an item after purchase.
  • You bought an item by mistake.
  • You do not have the expertise or environment required to use the item.
  • The data you entered while placing the order was incorrect.
