vanDam Wim Biography
Dutch astrologer who worked with primary directions, developing original techniques known as Wim van Dam primary directions that were implemented in the Kepler software. He is the author of the book "Astrology and Homosexuality" (1979/1983/1985) which has lots of gay, lesbian and male-to-female transsexual charts, and "hes quick to declare his heterosexuality in the book" stated Lois Rodden. Though married to Dorota and having children and grandchildren from obviously not gay relationships, Astrodienst wrongly mistyped and categorised van Dam for years as being gay. Wim van Dam was a teacher and friend of the prominent Dutch astrologer Karen M. Hamaker-Zondag. Both were ardent seekers for truth with a critical attitude to the dogmas of astrology.
