Astrology practice management software

Astrology Software for Professionals

Astrology software for professionals covers the work around the reading — client records, appointments, billing, reports and publishing — without separating it from the chart it belongs to. DKSCORE keeps the person and their chart on one record, so preparing for a consultation is reading rather than reassembling, and a session is billed as it runs rather than invoiced afterwards.

Who this is for

Practitioners whose bottleneck has stopped being astrology.

Independent astrologers

You are the practice — the reader, the scheduler and the accounts department. The administrative half is what caps how many clients you can hold.

Practitioners moving off spreadsheets

Charts live in one folder, clients in a sheet, payments in a third place. Nothing is wrong exactly, but nothing reconciles either.

Consultants with repeat clients

Most of your value is continuity — knowing what was said last year and what has changed since. That only works if the history is attached to the chart.

How the work actually flows

The administrative path, from a booking to a delivered report.

  1. A client books

They pick a slot against your availability and fund a wallet. No back-and-forth to agree a time, no invoice to raise.

  2. You open one record

The chart, the birth-data provenance, the previous sessions and the active dasha are on the same record as the person. Preparation is reading.

  3. The session bills itself

Time is metered per minute from the client's wallet while you consult, so the commercial side closes when the call does.

  4. You send something durable

Charts and analysis go out as PDF reports, so the client keeps a document rather than a memory of a call.

What happens to your data

Worth knowing before you move a practice onto anything.

Your client list is yours

Client records and the charts you create belong to your practice. They are not published and do not appear on any public profile.

Not exclusive

Using the platform does not require closing your own website or stopping work you do elsewhere. Practitioners commonly run both.

Two meters, kept separate

Platform access is billed as Dharma Karma Plans; client consultations are billed per minute from the client's wallet. Conflating the two is how pricing becomes unreadable.

Reports leave the platform

Anything you produce for a client can be generated as a PDF, so your deliverables are not locked behind a login.

What this does not do

The gaps are easier to plan around when they are stated.

  • It does not do your accounting. Consultation billing is handled; bookkeeping, tax filing and business accounting are not.
  • It does not market your practice for you. Publishing tools exist; finding an audience is separate work.
  • It does not replace a contract or a professional indemnity arrangement. The platform meters time and moves money; the terms of your practice are yours.
  • It will not import a practice you have not organised. Migration helps with structured records; a decade of loose notes still needs a person.
Questions

Questions about running a practice on DKSCORE

What is astrology practice management software?
Software that handles the parts of a practice that are not astrology: who your clients are, when you are speaking to them, what you charged, what you sent afterwards. It sits alongside the chart work rather than replacing it. The test of a good one is whether the client record and the chart are the same record — if they are two systems, you end up maintaining both by hand.
How does DKSCORE handle payment for consultations?
Clients hold a wallet balance and consultations are billed per minute against it, so a session does not need an invoice raised afterwards. DKSCORE's share of the fee is 30%. Platform access is separate, sold as Dharma Karma Plans on monthly or yearly cycles. Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Can I run my practice from my phone?
Yes, for consultation work. The Astrologer App and the Web CRM read the same client database, so a client looked up on mobile is the same record you opened on the desktop. Chart-heavy research work is better on the large screen, simply because a divisional chart set does not fit comfortably on a phone.
Do I have to give up my own website or client list?
No. DKSCORE is not exclusive. Practitioners commonly keep their own site and use the platform for the parts it removes work from — charts, scheduling, billing and reports. Client records you create remain yours.
What is the difference between the Web CRM and the Astrologer App?
Surface, not substance. The Web CRM is the full workspace: chart calculation with the divisional set, research tools, client records, publishing and practice administration. The Astrologer App is the mobile companion for consultations, client lookup and daily briefs. One account, one client database, two ways in.
What is astrology software for online consultations?
Software that runs the consultation and the work around it in one place — the client's chart, the booking, the session, the payment and the report afterwards. On DKSCORE a client books against your published availability, the session is billed from their wallet balance as it runs, and the notes and reports are written back to the same client record the chart sits on.
What does professional astrology software need to do that a general business tool cannot?
Hold the chart on the client record. Scheduling and invoicing tools model a client as a contact with a calendar and a payment history and have nowhere to put birth data; chart calculation tools compute a chart with no client, booking or billing attached to it. A professional practice needs both halves on one record — the birth data with its provenance rating, the divisional charts and dasha periods, and the appointments, payments and consultation history around them.
