Belgian cartoonist, painter, writer, actor, media figure, piano tuner and piano collector. Peter van Heirseele was born in a artistic family. His father Henk was a servant, his mother Odette Pannecoucke (1931- 20 March 2008) a painter, as became his brother Hans (25 February 1957). Mieke (1963) was his youngest sister. Peter followed the Catholic Sint-Jozefsinstituut in his birthplace Torhout. At age 16 he went to the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent. Next he went to Wales to become a piano-tuner at the two-year Ystrad Mynach School. In Florence he stayed a year to learn to restore instruments. Finding and restoring neglected historical pianos became his passion. He now has a noted collection of two hundred pianos in Ostende. In Ghent he met the artist Luc Charles Zeebroek (Kamagurka) in the late seventies. Together they set up the absurd strip Cowboy Henk (24 Sept 1981 - End 2011). It was first published in the newspaper De Morgen (1981-2), later in Humo (1982-2011). Kamagurka wrote the script, Peter illustrated it. Cowboy Henk was a kind of anti-hero: an unpredictable, characterless subject in a surrealistic world. Spring 2013, Humo published the strip again and the strip was also published in many countries from Scandinavia to the US. Together with Kamagurka he made absurdistic television: Sfeervol Bullshitten (1982), Kamagurka en Herr Seele (1985-1986), Lava (TV1 en VPRO 1989-1991), Bob en George (BRTN TV2 VPRO) (1998) Link to Wikipedia Read less

In Vedic astrology, the placement of the natal lagna (ascendant) plays a crucial role in determining an individual's personality, life path, and general approach to life. When the natal lagna is in Virgo, the person is often characterized by a meticulous, analytical, and detail-oriented nature. Virgo ascendants are practical, organized, and often have a strong desire to serve others, making them reliable and efficient in their pursuits. Chitra nakshatra, which spans from the end of Virgo into Libra, imbues the individual with creativity, charm, and a strong sense of aesthetics. This nakshatra is ruled by Mars, which adds dynamism and a pioneering spirit to the Virgo ascendant's methodical and disciplined approach. Consequently, individuals with a Virgo ascendant in Chitra may exhibit a blend of creativity and practicality, often excelling in fields that require both precision and innovation. The lord of Virgo, Mercury, is placed in the 7th house in Pisces. The 7th house governs partnerships, relationships, and how one interacts with others. Pisces is a sign of intuition, compassion, and dreamy attributes. Mercury in Pisces can create a person who communicates with empathy and possesses a deep understanding of others' emotions. However, the challenge here is that Mercury, which thrives on logic and clarity, is in the sign of its debilitation, Pisces, potentially leading to confusion or idealism in communication and relationships. Furthermore, Mercury's placement in Uttarabhadrapada nakshatra, ruled by Saturn, provides a stabilizing influence. This nakshatra brings depth, patience, and a sense of responsibility. It helps in grounding the otherwise dreamy nature of Mercury in Pisces, enabling the individual to manifest their compassionate communication into practical and meaningful interactions. In summary, this configuration suggests a person who is analytical and detail-oriented, with a creative streak, and who communicates with empathy and understanding. They are likely to excel in partnerships by blending practicality with sensitivity, although they may need to guard against idealistic thinking in their relationships.

In Vedic astrology, the positioning of the Sun as the 12th lord in the 7th house for a Virgo ascendant presents a unique combination of influences. The 12th house traditionally represents aspects such as expenditure, foreign lands, isolation, and spiritual growth, while the 7th house is associated with partnerships, marriage, and public dealings. When the Sun, the ruler of the 12th house, is placed in the 7th house, it suggests a strong connection between these themes. With the Sun in Pisces, the sign of spirituality, dreams, and intuition, there's an inclination towards seeking deeper, spiritual connections in partnerships. Pisces' influence can bring a compassionate and empathetic approach to relationships, though it might also cause some idealism or escapism in dealing with partners. The presence of Revati Nakshatra, known for its nurturing and protective qualities, further emphasizes themes of care and support within relationships. Revati, ruled by Mercury, can enhance communication skills and intellectual connections within partnerships. However, it can also bring challenges related to maintaining boundaries, as the desire to help others might sometimes lead to self-sacrifice. Mercury's conjunction with the Sun in Pisces adds layers of mental agility and communication, but since Mercury is debilitated in Pisces, this can also lead to confusion or miscommunication in relationships. The analytical Virgo ascendant might find this challenging as it seeks clarity and precision. Ketu's involvement in this conjunction brings a karmic element, potentially indicating past life connections with partners or an inherent detachment in relationships. Ketu can amplify spiritual pursuits and a quest for deeper meaning, but it may also lead to a sense of dissatisfaction or restlessness in partnerships. Overall, this astrological configuration suggests a complex interplay of seeking spiritual depth and understanding in relationships, coupled with potential challenges in communication and maintaining personal boundaries. Balancing these energies requires conscious effort towards clear communication and realistic expectations in partnerships.

In Vedic astrology, the placement of the Moon as the 11th lord in the 10th house, particularly in the sign of Gemini and in Mrigasira Nakshatra, while conjunct with Mars, creates a dynamic and multifaceted influence for a Virgo ascendant. **Moon as 11th Lord in the 10th House:** The Moon, ruling the 11th house of gains, aspirations, and social networks, when placed in the 10th house of career and public reputation, indicates that the native's professional life is closely tied to their social interactions and networks. This placement suggests that the native may achieve their ambitions through their career, often gaining recognition and support from friends and associates. The native may also have a fluctuating career path, as the Moon is changeable and reflects cycles. **Gemini Sign Influence:** Gemini is an intellectual and communicative sign ruled by Mercury. When the Moon is in Gemini, it enhances the native’s adaptability, curiosity, and communication skills. This placement suggests a career that might involve writing, teaching, communication, or any field that requires mental agility and versatility. The native may also be drawn to multitasking and may pursue multiple interests simultaneously. **Mrigasira Nakshatra Influence:** Mrigasira Nakshatra is known for its inquisitive and searching nature. It imbues the native with a thirst for knowledge and exploration. This nakshatra can make the native restless and eager to explore new ideas and concepts. In the professional realm, this could translate to a career that involves research, exploration, travel, or any field that satisfies their quest for understanding. **Conjunction with Mars:** Mars conjunct the Moon in the 10th house adds a layer of assertiveness and energy to the native's career pursuits. Mars provides courage, drive, and competitive spirit, which can be beneficial in achieving career goals. However, this conjunction can also lead to impulsiveness or emotional volatility in the professional environment. The native might be drawn to leadership roles or positions that require quick decision-making and action. **Overall Impact:** For a Virgo ascendant, this combination suggests a dynamic and intellectually stimulating career path. The native is likely to be ambitious and driven by both material and intellectual rewards. While they may experience fluctuations in their career, their ability to adapt and leverage their social networks can lead to significant achievements and recognition. For a Virgo ascendant, Mercury serves as both the 1st house lord (ascendant) and the 10th house lord. When Mercury is placed in the 7th house in Pisces, within Uttarabhadrapada Nakshatra, and conjuncts the Sun and Ketu, the dynamics are multifaceted. **Mercury in Pisces and Uttarabhadrapada Nakshatra:** Mercury is debilitated in Pisces, which might weaken its ability to express its natural intellect and analytical skills. Pisces, a sign ruled by Jupiter, is intuitive and imaginative, contrasting Mercury's logical nature. However, Uttarabhadrapada Nakshatra, governed by Saturn, adds depth, patience, and a sense of responsibility, possibly stabilizing Mercury's otherwise scattered energies in Pisces. **7th House Placement:** The 7th house is associated with partnerships, marriage, and public dealings. Mercury here indicates a communicative and intellectual approach to relationships. However, its debilitation suggests potential misunderstandings or miscommunications in these areas. The individual might seek partners who are imaginative or spiritually inclined, given Pisces's influence. **Conjunction with Sun:** The Sun, representing the soul and self-esteem, when conjunct with Mercury, forms a Budha Aditya Yoga, enhancing intellect and communication skills, though its combust nature can overshadow Mercury's qualities, leading to overemphasis on self and ego in relationships. **Conjunction with Ketu:** Ketu, the south node of the Moon, is a spiritualizing force, often causing detachment or unconventional approaches. Its conjunction with Mercury might lead to introspection, a philosophical outlook, and potential disinterest in mundane details. This can amplify confusion but may also inspire spiritual communication or writing. **Career and Public Life (10th House Lord):** As the 10th lord, Mercury's position in the 7th house indicates a career linked with the public, partnerships, or foreign lands. The Sun's influence can bring leadership roles, while Ketu might cause ups and downs or a non-traditional career path. Overall, this configuration suggests a complex interplay between intellect, spirituality, and relationships, with potential challenges in communication but opportunities for growth through introspection and partnership.
