Who is Grappelli Stphane?

Italian-French musician, one of the most popular jazz musicians of the last 50 years. He was the son of Italian immigrants, orphaned with his mothers death when he was four. Shifted around from boarding house to boarding house, he got his French citizenship in 1919. In the early 30s, Grappelli had his first taste of fame when he formed the legendary Hot Club de France Jazz Quintet with Django Reinhardt. A self-taught violinist, he started playing professionally at 15, performing in various Parisian cafés and movie theatres. During WW II he lived in London, working with such musicians as pianist George Shearing. In the early 1970s Grappelli was rediscovered by a new generation of jazz fans. He performed at the Newport Jazz Festival, Carnegie Hall, and almost until the time of his death, at the age of 89, he remained professionally active, constantly winning over new fans with his magical style. He died on 12/01/1997, Paris. Link to Wikipedia biography

Grappelli Stphane birth chart analysis for Ascendant

In Vedic astrology, the natal Lagna or Ascendant sign is a crucial factor in determining an individual's personality and life path. When the Lagna is in Sagittarius, it imparts certain characteristics and tendencies to the native. Sagittarius is a fire sign ruled by Jupiter, known for its adventurous, optimistic, and philosophical nature. Individuals with a Sagittarius Ascendant are typically seen as enthusiastic, freedom-loving, and possessing a strong desire for knowledge and exploration. When the Lagna falls in the Purva Ashadha Nakshatra, which is ruled by Venus, these Sagittarian traits are further nuanced. Purva Ashadha is associated with invincibility and determination, suggesting that the native may possess a strong willpower and an ability to overcome challenges. The influence of Venus can also add a touch of charm and appreciation for beauty and art to their personality. The placement of the Lagna lord, Jupiter, in the 8th house in Cancer and in the Pushya Nakshatra adds additional layers to this astrological profile. The 8th house is often associated with transformation, mysteries, and shared resources. Jupiter in Cancer is considered exalted, which enhances its positive qualities, such as wisdom, compassion, and protection. This placement can indicate a deep interest in the occult or spiritual matters, as well as a potential for significant personal transformation throughout life. There can also be a focus on issues related to inheritance, joint finances, and deeper emotional bonds. Pushya Nakshatra, ruled by Saturn, emphasizes nurturing and support, which complements the nurturing nature of Cancer. Individuals with this placement may find fulfillment in caring roles or in providing guidance and wisdom to others. However, they might also experience periods of introspection and emotional sensitivity. Overall, this astrological combination suggests a person who is driven by a quest for knowledge and self-discovery, with a natural ability to navigate life's mysteries and transformations, while maintaining a nurturing and supportive presence in their relationships.
